Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Thai and Asian groceries throughout the UK using Royal Mail, with free delivery available on orders of £35 or more.

UK Delivery

All UK postal orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

• Royal Mail aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch
• The exact charge is calculated according to the weight of your order and shown at checkout
• Tracking details are included in your dispatch confirmation

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may take longer for certain postcodes.

Free UK Delivery

Spend £35 or more and receive free delivery to any UK postcode served by Royal Mail, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands.

The free-delivery option will appear automatically at checkout when your order qualifies

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order, followed by another notification containing your tracking details when the order has been dispatched.

Fresh, Chilled and Frozen Products

Fresh, chilled and frozen products are carefully packed and sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Please refrigerate or freeze these products as soon as your delivery arrives. Delivery times can occasionally vary depending on the destination postcode or circumstances outside our control.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over £50 within approximately three miles of our Earl’s Court store.

• Local delivery costs £5
• The option will appear at checkout if your postcode is eligible
• Deliveries are made between 9am and 10pm, depending on availability
• We’ll contact you using the telephone number provided at checkout on the day of delivery

Free In-Store Collection

You can collect your order free of charge from:

Orders are normally ready to collect within one working day. We’ll email you when your order is ready, so please wait for confirmation before visiting.

Collection is available every day between 9am and 8pm. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive tracking information by email when your order has been dispatched.

If your order hasn’t arrived within seven days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at jemuayintercom@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through Shopify Messaging and include your order number, a photograph of the damaged item and a brief description of the problem.

We review damaged orders individually and will always try to find a suitable solution. Please see our Return Policy for complete information about refunds, returns and exchanges.

International Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only and do not offer international shipping.
