Tiger Tiger Palm Sugar is a traditional Southeast Asian sweetener with a rich, mellow sweetness and subtle caramel-like flavour.
Commonly used throughout Thai and Southeast Asian cooking, palm sugar adds sweetness without overpowering a dish and is particularly useful for balancing salty, sour and spicy flavours.
Ideal for Pad Thai, Som Tam, curries, dipping sauces, marinades and Thai desserts. It can be chopped, grated or dissolved into sauces and dressings as required.
