What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash in-store. For online orders, secure card payments and mobile wallets are supported.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unopened, unused items with a receipt. Perishable goods, frozen items, and items past their best-before date are non-refundable. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we’re here to help!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If there’s a problem with your online order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly assist with replacements or refunds for incorrect, damaged, or missing items. Perishable and frozen goods cannot be returned unless there’s an issue with quality or delivery.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver within the UK only and do not offer international shipping. You can also choose our free Click & Collect option at checkout to pick up your order in-store at your convenience.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. We ship with Royal Mail and Evri, so you can follow your delivery directly through their tracking services. If you haven’t received tracking details or have any issues, feel free to contact us.
