Muay’s nam jim jaew sauce (น้ำจิ้มแจ่ว) is a dark Northeastern Thai-style dipping sauce with a spicy, sweet-and-sour balance. Serve it alongside grilled pork, beef, chicken or other barbecued meats for dipping, or spoon a little over sliced meat before serving.
