Ingredients: Garlic, Shallot, vegetable oil (palm, soya bean), spices (coriander, ginger, cumin, mustard, fenugreek turmeric), salt, lemongrass, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), Chilli galangal.

Instructions

1. Heat a skillet and add coconut milk together with content of this packet.
2. Add meat and stir-fry until done.
3. Add water.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Add potato and onion.
6. cook until tender.
7. Add fish sauce to taste.
