Use Natural Red Colour. Makes 1.2 kg Red Pork. Makes 4-6 servings.

Ingredients: Sugar (68%), Salt (19%), Soy Sauce Powder (Soybean, Wheat Flour) (8.5%), Spices (Star Anise Powder, Cinnamon Powder) (2.5%), Anti-Caking Agent : E341 (iii) Tricalcium Phosphate, colours :(E160c Paprika Extract, E120 Carmine), Beef Powder.

Instructions

1. Dissolve content of this packet with water.
2. Soak and rub the meat.
3. Marinate for 2-3 hrs.
4. Grill with low heat and flip on the other side to cook evenly.
