Lobo Nam Ya Curry Paste 60g

Lobo Nam Ya Curry Paste is a mild type of curry prepared with fish and coconut milk.

Ingredients: Galangal, Soybean Oil, Salt, Garlic, Chili, Lemongrass and Shrimp Paste

Instructions

1. Blend 100g cooked fish or one canned tuna (140g).
2. Heat a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil together with contents of this packet. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until fragrant.
3. Add 2 cups coconut milk (480 ml). Add the blended fish and bring to a boil.
4. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with vermicelli, pickled leaf mustard, bean sprout and fresh vegetables.
