Massaman curry is a rich, flavourful, and mildly spicy Thai curry.
Available in 50g and 100g.
Instructions for 50g (serves 2-3 persons)
- Stir Kanokwan Massamun Curry Paste with 1 cup (240ml) of coconut milk until oil appears at the top.
- Add 200g of any meat, stir until cooked. Add 1 cup (240ml) of water.
- Add potato, onion and peanut and wait until boiled.
- Adjust seasoning, suggested 3 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce or salt.
Ingredients:
Red Chilli (24%), Shallot, Garlic, Lemongrass, Galangal, Spices (Coriander Seeds, Cinnamon, Cumin Seeds), Salt, Palm Olein Oil
