Kanokwan Kua Kling Stir Fry Curry Paste, the famous fiery dish from Thailand's deep south.
Available in 50g and 100g.
Instructions for 50g (serves 2-3 persons)
- Bring 1-3 tbsps of cooking oil in a frying pan
- Add 200-300g of any meat, lightly cook. Add the Kanokwan Kua Kling Stir Fry Curry Paste.
- Adjust seasoning, suggested 1tsp of sugar. Add sliced lemongrass, chopped kaffir lime leaves, fresh long red chilli.
- Stir fry until cooked.
Ingredients:
Red Chilli (25%), Garlic, Lemongrass, Shallot, Turmeric, Salt, Finger Root, Galangal.
