Farmer Rice Stick Noodles are versatile dried Thai rice noodles with a mild flavour and a satisfyingly springy texture. They readily absorb sauces and broths, making them ideal for Pad Thai, wok-fried noodle dishes and warming Asian soups.

Available in 3mm, 5mm and 10mm widths, you can select the noodle size that best suits your recipe. The thinner 3mm and 5mm noodles are excellent for Pad Thai and quick stir-fries, while the wider 10mm noodles provide a more substantial bite in stir-fries and noodle soups.

For stir-frying, soak the noodles until flexible but still slightly firm, drain thoroughly and finish cooking them in the wok with your sauce and fresh ingredients. Take care not to oversoak them, as they will continue to soften while cooking.
